摘要
总结了1例震后埋压28h致急性心理应激反应患儿的心理疏导体会。遵循客观性、针对性、交往性和自助性原则,经过2个多月有效的心理疏导及护理,患儿心身基本康复。
This paper summarizes the experience of psychological persuasion for a child with acute psychological stress reaction after being buried for 28 hours following the earthquake. Psychological persuasion for the child was conducted through observation,interview and product analysis,and the results of treatment were objectively evaluated with the mental scale. After two months of psychological persuasion and nursing care,the child was physically and psychologically recovered to the normal state.
