摘要
目的:探讨抗凋亡基因Bag-1在不同分化程度非小细胞肺癌与正常组织中的表达。方法:采用免疫组织化学法检测60例非小细胞肺癌与9例正常组织中抗凋亡蛋白Bag-1的表达水平。结果:Bag-1在非小细胞肺癌组织中的阳性表达率为46.67%,正常组织中的表达率为11.11%,两者相比有显著性差异(P<0.01);而且Bag-1在低分化肺癌较高分化肺癌组织的表达增强(P<0.05)。结论:抗凋亡基因Bag-1在非小细胞肺癌组织表达增强,且与其病理分化程度有一定相关性,抑制其有效表达也许会成为肺癌分子靶向治疗的方向。
Objective: To explore the expression of anti-apoptosis Bag-1 gene between different the main reason that the tumor cell can grow constantly that the gene withers and dies with resisting that the summary withers and dies, gene Bag-1 is the main resisting and withering to die one of the genes. Methods: The expression level of Bag-1 protein was detected in 60 cases of NSCLC tissue and 9 cases of normal lung tissue by immunohistocheemical method. Results: The positive rates of Bag-1 protein in NSCLC tissue and normal lung tissue were 46.67 % and 11.11% respectively(P〈0.01). And the expression of Bag-1 protein was higher in poorly-differentiated tissue than in well differentiated tissue. Conclusion: The expression of anti-apoptosis gene Bag-1 was enchanced in NSCLC tissue, and it was correlated with tumor differentiation. It perhaps will be a targeted therapy method through inhibiting the expression of Bag-1 gene.
