摘要
电力系统故障录波装置是确保电网安全运行的关键设备,其性能检测与评价方法对于确保产品的科学选型和质量改进非常重要。文章依据DL/T663-1999标准,在多年设备检测工作的基础上,提出了较为全面和量化的电力系统故障录波装置性能评价体系。整个评价体系分为评价模型确定、设备评测、评价结果分析3个环节,其中评价模型的确定又分为评价指标选取、权重初定、试算、模型优化、最终确定5个步骤。该评价体系能够直观全面地对设备性能进行量化评价,为设计部门和运行单位的设备选型及保护安全运行提供了技术依据和保证。应用实践证明了文中所述方法的可行性和有效性。
Power system fault recorder is a kind of key device to ensure secure operation of power system, so the performance inspection and evaluation of fault recorder are very important to rational product type selection and its quality improvement. According to the standard DL/T 663-1999 and on the basis of examination of fault recorders throughout the years, an overall and quantized performance evaluation mechanism for power system fault recorders is proposed. The whole evaluation mechanism is divided into three parts, i.e., the determination of evaluation model, the evaluation and test of device and evaluation results analysis, in which the determination of evaluation model is re-divided into five procedures, namely the selection of evaluation index, preliminary determination of weights, tentative calculation, model optimization and final decision. The proposed evaluation system can implement observable performance evaluation of fault recorders overall, thus it offers technical base for the designing department and operation department to ensure secure operation of power system protection. Practical applications validate the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed performance evaluation system.
