For logistics enterprises, informatization is not only the inevitable demand of fitting in with the development of global economy but also the core content of enhancing their competitiveness. Innovating the concept of the logistics management, creating the public logistics information resources platform, and realizing the optimized configuration and utilization of information resources have become the effective outlet road for our country＇s logistics industry in the predicament of informatization development.
