摘要
阐述了绩效考核在现代企业管理中的重要作用,在简要分析企业绩效考核中存在的主要问题的基础上,提出了明确绩效考核的目的、明确绩效考核的职责分工、加强绩效考核体系的建设和进行持续有效的沟通等解决问题的有效措施。
This paper expounds the important functions of the performance appraisal in the management of the modem enterprise, and based on the brief analysis on the main problems existing in enterprise's performance appraisal, puts forward some effective measures for solving these problems such as making clear the targets of the performance appraisal, defining the assignment of responsibility, strengthening the construction of the performance appraisal system, and carrying out the sustainable and effective communication, etc.
