摘要
目的运用目标管理理论对护士长培训进行系统管理,培养能适应当前护理发展需要的高水平临床护理管理人才。方法以医院综合ICU、绿色急救科为培训基地;连续性通科培训为培训形式;10个月为1个周期对护士长进行培训。结果培训结束后,护士长的管理思路、科教能力、应变能力等均明显提高。结论应用目标管理理论对护士长进行培训是一种经济、有效的培训模式。
Objective To explore the application of goal - directed management theory in the training of head nurses to train high - quality clinical nursing managers who adapt to the development of nursing. Methods The goal - directed management theory was applied in the training of head nurses in the training bases of comprehensive ICU and emergency department for ten months as a training cycle. Results After the training,the head nurses got improved in management ideas ,research and teaching competency and coping abilities. Conclusion The application of goal - directed management theory is proved to he an effective and economic training model for the training of head nurses.
