Twenty male young soldiers who were from Anhui to Liaoning were in a -20℃ room. The changes of their nailfold microcirculation were observed, and their finger microvascular shrank or expanded were confirmed during all cold exposure. With exposure delayed, the diameter of vascular shrank, and the speed of blood flow were faster after five minutes. These results could be for reference to evaluate cold acclimatization.
