摘要
目的研究铜、锌与老年性记忆减退的关系。方法取２４月龄ＳＤ大鼠分别补充铜（２５０ｕｇ／ｋｇ．ｄ）、锌（２０ｍｇ／ｋｇ．．ｄ），观察大鼠学习记忆能力的改变及测定血清和海马中铜、锌含量。结果大鼠分别给予补充铜、锌后能提高大鼠的学习记忆能力。结论老年大鼠体内铜、锌相当缺乏是老年性学习记忆能力减退的原因之一。
Objective In order to investigate the relationship between the copper,zinc and decline of learning memory on aged rats. Methods S.D rats of 24 months old age were supplemented copper (250ug/kg.d),zinc(20mg/kg.d) by ip respectively. The ability of learming memory was observed and the contents of copper and zinc in serum and hippocampus were measured. Results The results showed the supplemented both copper and zinc can improve learning memory in aged rats. Conclusion The present paper suggested the copper and zinc are all relative deficiency in aged rats, it is for one cause of reduetion function of learning memory.
