摘要
以《普通高等学校图书馆规程(修订)》为依据,提出了高校图书馆数字资源采访绩效评价的针对性、系统性、经济性和发展性4个原则,并依据此原则分析了数字资源采访绩效评价因子。在此基础上,对评价指标体系的确定进行了探讨。
Based on the Regulations for the General Academic Library （ Revised）, this paper puts forward 4 principles regarding the performance appraisal of the acquisition of digital resources in academic libraries, that is, pertinency, systematicness, economy and expansibility. In accordance with these principles, the performance ap- praisal indices of the acquisition of digital resources are analyzed, and based on this, the appraisal index system is discussed.
