摘要
随着LED生产工艺技术的进步,散热问题成为阻碍LED道路照明灯具发展的瓶颈。本文首先阐述了温度上升对LED性能的影响,并结合路灯灯具特点,提出了一种灯具热学分析等效模型。然后针对目前道路照明灯具主要采用的主动式和被动式散热方式,分别选取若干样品进行测试,最后通过对测试结果的系统分析,并结合灯具的热学模型,研究影响灯具散热效率的主要因素,并为改善当前LED道路照明灯具的散热设计提出了指导性意见。
With the progress of LED technology, heat dissipating becomes the key barrier which restrict development of LED luminaire for road lighting. This paper first introduces the influence of temperature rise on the performance of white LED. On the base of analyzing the structure of LED road light and heat transfering theory, we build a thermal model of LED road light. According to two popular heat managing modes, we choose several samples separately to test their steady junction temperature. By analyzing the result and combining the thermal model, we research on the main factors affecting heat dissipating efficiency of luminaire and bring forward some guidance to the heat sink design of LED road light.
