摘要
冷却塔排烟技术在国内处在方兴未艾的阶段。文章从烟塔热力性能计算、烟气排放效果、塔体结构计算、进塔烟道设计、特殊防腐体系研究等方面总结了烟塔合一技术的关键点及目前国内取得的研究成果。结合三河电厂二期、大唐锦州热电厂等多项国内烟塔工程介绍了国内烟塔合一技术应用的情况及存在的问题,并依据工程经验就烟塔工程的管理模式、施工技术等方面提出了一些改进建议。
The stack-in cooling tower technology is still growing in the nation. Key points of stack-in cooling tower technology and existing domestic research results are summarized from several aspects, such as flue-gas tower thermodynamic calculation, flue-gas discharge result, tower body structural calculation, design of flue-gas duct in.to cooling tower, and special anticorrosion system, etc. Using several domestic stack-in cooling tower projects, including Sanhe Power Plant Phase Ⅱ project, and Datang Jinzhou Thermal Power Plant project, etc., as examples, current status of domestic Stack-in Cooling Tower application and its problems are explained. Some recommendations to management modes and construction technique are also presented according to engineering experiences.
