摘要
基于光内同轴送粉技术,提出了激光熔覆无支撑偏移堆积斜壁的方法。通过建立斜壁倾斜角度的模型,分析了偏移量、机床扫描速度与送粉速度对角度的影响,并总结出保证斜壁成功堆积的偏移率范围。
Based on the internal laser coaxial-powder feeding technology, it brought up a method of laser cladding inclined wall accumulation without support. Through the establishment of oblique angle of the wall model, analysed the impacts of offset, machine scanning speed and feeding rate on the angle, and summed up the wall to ensure the successful ramp of the migration rate of accumulation.
