摘要
从循环经济的视角出发,分析消费模式转变对发展循环经济重要性。指出我国当前的消费是一种不可持续的消费模式,因此需要建立一种可持续的消费模式来代替现有的消费模式。最后,提出了推进可持续消费模式实现的制度支持、财政税收调节以及科学技术保障三大机制。
From the perspective of the economic cycle, this essay analyzes the importance of changes in consumption patterns on the development of circular economy. China＇ s current consumption is an unsustainable pattern, therefore, we need to establish a sustainable consumption pattern to replace the existing one. Finally, there are three mechanisms to promote sustainable consumption pattern, these mechanisms refer to institution, finance and taxation, science and technology.
