摘要
高职教育在我国快速发展,已占据高等教育"半壁江山"。专业师资建设成了制约高职教育健康发展的第一要素。以雁阵原理为借鉴,提出了高职教育专业师资团队建设的"雁阵战略"。战略的关键环节是:充分发挥专业师资团队"头雁"——专业带头人的作用。战略的基本要求是:以传授专业理论知识为主的专职教师与指导专业实践为主的兼职教师队伍有序形成"人字形"整体,以充分发挥团队的作用。战略的根本保证是:努力营造"雁阵"团结协作的团队精神,发挥"1+1>2"的团队效应,以实现师资队伍建设与人才培养的最优化。
China's higher vocational education has developed rapidly and has occupied half of China's higher education market. Based on the flying-geese model, this paper puts forward this model for the construction of professional teachers' team in higher vocational education. The key part of this strategy is to play the role of the "head goose" specialty directors. The basic requirement of the strategy is to herringbone of professional teachers, who teach professional theory, and part-time teachers, who can direct the professional practice so as to play the role of the team. The basic aim of this strategy is to build the team spirits, as well as to play the team effect of "1 +1 〉2" in order to optimize the construction of the teachers' team and the cultivation of the talents.
