摘要
通过校园文化与企业文化差异性分析,提出在订单班组班、培养方案制定、教学实施、考核等方面加强校企文化互动,使学生在培养期间接受企业文化管理,促进校企文化融合,从而减少就业适应期,增加就业稳定性,达到学校、企业与学生三方共赢。
Through analysis of the differences between campus culture and enterprise culture, this paper expounds on strengthening the interaction between school and enterprises in terms of the formation of ordered classes, formulation of cultivation plan, carrying out teaching activities and assessment of teaching effects. In this way, students can be familiar with the enterprise culture and management, to promote campus culture and enterprise culture melted, and they can adapt themselves to employment more quickly, in order to increase employment stability. Consequently, school, enterprises and students are all get benefits.
