摘要
本实验选取一种国内生产的酸性纤维素酶(最适pH为4.8,最适温度为55℃),对其活性影响因子进行研究。结果表明:该酸性纤维素酶的活性受到Li+、Fe2+、Fe3+和I-等无机离子的抑制作用,而Na+、Ca2+、Mn2+、Zn2+对纤维素酶有激活作用。作为化学助剂的非离子表面活性剂如渗透剂JFC、渗透剂快T等以及添加剂如山梨醇和甘油等对酸性纤维素酶的活性有一定的促进作用。
The activation and inhibition effects of some inorgarnic ions and nonionic surfactants on an acid cellulase were studied in this paper. Results showed that its optimal temperature and pH were 55℃ and 4.8 respectively. The metal ions, including Na^+, Ca^2+, Mn^2+ and Zn^2+, Showed activation functions on cellulase, while the ions, Li^+, Fe^2+, Fe^2+ and I, inhibited the cellulase activity. Some hydroxides (sorbitol and glycerol) and nonionic surfactants (JFC and Penetrating agent T) also can be used as activators for cellulase
