摘要
在摇瓶液体培养条件下,研究了不同培养条件对冬虫夏草液体种子细胞生长的影响。实验结果表明,冬虫夏草液体种子细胞生长的最宜条件为:培养温度24℃,转速150r/min,装液量30%(75mL/250mL),初始pH6.0。在此条件下,经摇瓶培养,获得最大菌体干重为11.218g/L。
Cordyceps sinensi was inoculated and cultivated under submerged cultivation conditions in the shake flask. The result indicates that the optimum cultivation conditions for Cordyceps sinensis cell growth were as follows: cultivation temperature of 24 ℃, rotation speed of 150 r/min, the medium volume in the flask of 30% (75mL/250 mL), and initial pH of 6.0. Under those conditions, the highest dry weight of the thalli (11.22 g/L) is achieved.
