摘要
首先简要介绍了嵌入式监控系统开发平台,接着阐述了在该平台上如何实现图像的采集与压缩,重点讲述了CMOS图像传感器的驱动和Video4Linux编程,在嵌入式Linux系统下实现了对视频图像的采集,并将其以文件的形式保存,然后对JPEG压缩算法进行了分析和实验,使得在保证图像质量的情况下,尽可能提高压缩比,以利于进行远程传输,达到远程监控的目的。最后讲解了如何在Linux系统下实现JPEG压缩,实验结果令人满意。
Firstly, The platform of the embedded monitoring system is introduced in this paper. Then how to realize image gathering and compressing on the platform is expounded. The drive of COMS image sensor and Video4Linux program are emphatically expatiated and the image gathering is realized on the embedded Linux system, then the image is saved in the form of file. The arithmetic of JPEG compression is analyzed and experimented. In case the image quality is not destroyed, compression ratio should try to be improved for long-distance transmission to realize remote monitoring. Lastly JPEG compression is realized in Linux system. And the result is satisfying.
