摘要
为适应现代加工小型化的需求,在开发微型电火花加工装置的基础上,通过加工微孔、微轴及微三维结构,对加工工艺进行系统研究;分析RC脉冲电源中参数R、C对加工效率、电极损耗比和表面质量的影响;验证电火花伺服扫描加工微三维结构的可行性。
To adapt to the needs of the machining miniaturization today, design a micro electrical discharge machining system, and make systemic research on machining technics via the experiments on machining micro holes, micro shafts and micro three-dimension structures. At the same time, analyse the R,C parameters of the RC pulse generator and their effects on the machining efficiency,electrode wear ratio and the surface quality,and validate the feasibility of micro three-dimension structures machining by servo scanning machining technics.
