摘要
提出了一种基于人工神经网络的电力系统短期负荷预测技术,该方法在计及气温因素对负荷预测影响的基础上,将神经网络同一种较为新颖的预报模型相结合,因而具有较高的预测精度。计算实例证明了该法的可行性和有效性。
