基于多水平模型的医疗保险决策支持系统设计

摘要 针对医疗保险领域内数据的层次结构特征,探讨了以多水平模型作为医疗保险决策支持系统的决策分析模型,并结合多水平模型在门诊费用风险因素分析中的应用说明该模型的适用性。根据多水平模型的特点,以多维数据集市为决策分析数据集,通过多维数据模型的维表描述数据的层次结构和多水平模型的水平单位信息。探讨了运用联机分析处理(OLAP)技术进行决策分析数据的组织和筛选。最后,进行了决策支持系统的设计与实现。 For the hierarchical structure characteristics of medicare data, a multi-level model is used as decision analysis model for the medicare decision support system (DSS), and the applicability of the multi-level model is also presented by using the model in analysis the risk factors ofmedical fee for outpatient services. Then, according to the characteristics ofmulti-levet model, themulti-dimensional data mart is used as the source to provide data set for the decision analysis, and the hierarchical structure of data and multi-level model is described by dimensional tables of multi-dimension data model. Meanwhile, OLAP is used to organize and select data for decision analysis. Finally, DSS is designed and implemented based on the above-mentioned studies.
