摘要
针对时效强化型高强导电弹性Cu-Ni-Si系合金,研究了热处理工艺和预冷变形对Cu-3.0Ni-0.52Si-0.15P合金硬度、抗拉强度、屈服强度和电导率的影响规律。结果表明,该合金的最佳固溶处理工艺为920℃×60 min,经80%预冷变形后再经450℃×0.5 h时效,其综合性能达到最佳匹配,抗拉强度和屈服强度分别为850 MPa和801 MPa,硬度为240 HV,电导率为45%IACS。
The effects of heat treatment process and pre-cold deformation before aging on the microstructure and properties of Cu-3.0Ni-0.52Si-0.15P alloy were investigated. The results show that the optimum heat treatment process of Cu-3.0Ni-0.52Si-0.15 P alloy is solid solution at 920 ℃ for 60 min followed by water quenching, 80% pre-cold deformation and then aging at 450 ℃ for 0.5 h. The final product has high tensile strength of 850 MPa, high yield strength of 801 MPa, high hardness of 240 HV and good conductivity of 45% IACS.
