摘要 针对羊毛织物活性染料的数码印花工艺进行研究,探讨了前处理各参数以及氯化处理对青、品红、黄、黑4种颜色印花的得色量和产品牢度的影响。结果表明:使用硫酸铵作为固色剂好于碳酸氢钠作为固色剂,前处理中亚硫酸钠5%(owf),硫酸氢1%(owf),尿素3%(owf),喷印效果较好;氯化前处理可提高喷印得色量,印花织物的各项牢度均可达到4级以上。 In this study, the factors influencing the final colour yield and fastness of ink-jet primed wool fabric were investigated. The factors included the content of the pretreatment paste (sodium sulfite, urea, ammonium sulphate) and the effect of chlorination on the ink-jet printing for wool fabric. Four different inks (cyan, magenta, yellow and black)were used in this study.The results showed that apart from the influence of individual factors, the final colour yield also depended on the interaction effect of the factors. The optimized contents of pretreatment were as follows: the amounts of sodium sulfite 5 % (owf), urea 3 % (owf), ammonium sulphate 7 % (owf), chlorination for the wool fabric was helpful for the improvement of ink-jet printing. The level of all fastness is above four.
