摘要
沿海渔民转产转业工程是切实解决渔民生产生活突出问题,促进渔民增收,建设和谐渔村和渔区,统筹城乡协调发展的关键措施;也是构建和谐广东,全面建设小康社会的重要内容。本文对广东省2002年以来实施沿海渔民转产转业政策的效果进行研究,指出政策实施中存在的一些问题,并提出进一步改进的建议。
Production and occupation transfer of coastal fishermen is the key measure to solve the problems existed in their production and living, to increase their income, to construct harmony fishery villages and fishing areas, to coordinate the development between both cities and countryside; this is also the tactics to build a harmony Guangdong province and a well-off society, the author has conducted a study on implementing effect of the policy about fishery industry transfer in Guangdong province since 2002, indicated problems and proposed suggestions for further improvement.
