摘要
随着我国在建和待建的高坝泄水建筑物所涉及的水流流速愈来愈大,高速水流问题的影响日益突出,直接关系到枢纽的安全运行。基于国内外对高水头大流量泄洪建筑物的泄洪安全研究,以金沙江下游梯级向家坝、溪洛渡、白鹤滩以及乌东德等特大型水利水电工程中存在的高水头大流量泄流建筑物安全关键技术难题为背景,总结并探讨了适应我国特大型水利水电工程水头高、流量大、河谷狭窄等特点的泄流建筑物安全新技术,为解决消能防冲、掺气减蚀、泄洪雾化、高流速条件下的新型抗冲耐磨材料、泄流结构灾变及其诊断和预警等系列性关键问题,提高我国高水头大流量水利水电工程泄流建筑物的安全性,提供了重要参考。
As the flow velocity is increasing of high-dam flood discharge structures under construction and those proposed ones in our country, more concern has been paid on the influences of high velocity flow, which is directly related to the safe operation of hydro control structures. This paper', based on the researches on flood discharge safety of high-head & large- capacity flood discharge structures in China and abroad, goes on with the background of the key puzzles existing in high-head and large-capacity flood discharge structures of oversize hydro-engineering projects, such as the cascade projects along the downstream of the Jinsha River, including Xiangjiaba, Xiluodu, Baihetan and Wudongde Hydro Projects. It discusses the new safety technology for flood discharge structures characterized by high-head, large-capacity and narrowvalley, and provides important reference for solving a series of key problems such as energy dissipation and erosion protection, aeration for cavitation alleviation, discharge atomization, new abrasion-resistant materials under the conditions of high-velocity flow, flood discharge catastrophe and corresponding diagnosis and early-warning, and also for improving safety of high-head and large-capacity flood discharge structures of hydro-engineering projects in China.
