摘要
炳灵水电站在国内首创了将水库泄洪明渠修建在发电厂中部的厂房溢流布置模式。设计要求在3年一遇以上洪水泄洪时机组能够安全稳定运行,加上该电站的机组为当时国内已运行最大的灯泡贯流机组,电站设计中存在诸多难点。为此,对炳灵水电站安装高程的确定、机组结构刚强度的设计、轴承润滑方式的选择、调速系统的设计与布置、枢纽的泄流共振问题及贯流机组的在线监测等问题进行了研究,希望能够对类似电站的设计提供有益的参考。
The overflow approach channel of Bingling hydropower station is located on the mid of the powerhouse, which is the first for such arrangement in China. When every triennium flood occurs and the flood overflows the approach channel on the top of powerhouse, it is required that the generating units could be keep the safe and stable operation. The bulb unit of this Station was the maximum unit capacity in China in that time, so that there were a lot of difficulties in the design of the Station. This paper discusses the selecting of erection, the design of the rigid and strength of unit's structure, the selection of bearing lubrication mode, the design and arrangement of speed governor system, sympathetic vibration problem of overflowing and monitoring on line of tubular generating unit,. All these could provide beneficial reference for the design of similar stations.
