摘要
统计了2008年11—12月国内发生的各种安全生产事故287起,包括矿业事故、交通事故、爆炸事故、火灾、毒物泄露和中毒及其他事故。统计表明,在这些事故中,交通事故最多,占47.39%,其次是矿业事故(11.85%)、火灾(11.85%)、其他事故(11.85%)、爆炸事故(11.15%)、毒物泄露和中毒(5.92%)。287起事故共死亡981人,伤1062人,死亡人数的百分比分别为交通事故54.33%、矿业事故12.84%、其他事故12.03%、火灾8.56%、爆炸事故7.24%、泄露中毒4.99%;受伤人数的百分比分别为交通事故47.08%、泄露中毒18.36%、其他事故13.37%、爆炸事故10.83%、矿业事故6.69%、火灾3.67%。
The present paper reports the statistical data and analysis of industrial accidents in China during the period from November to December in 2008. There are 287 accidents in total, which can be summarized and classified into six categories： mining industry, traffic, explosion, leakage and poisoning, fire, and the others. Of all the 287 accidents, the percentages of the six categories can be illustrated according to their frequency order 11.85 %, 47.39 %, 11. 15%, 5.92%, 11.85%, and 11.85% respectively. The total casualty is 981 and the percentages for the six categories are 12.84% , 54.33%, 7.24%, 4.99%, 8.56%, and 12.03% respectively. The number of the wounded is 1 062 and the percentages for the six categories are 6.69%, 47.08%, 10.83%, 18.36%, 3.67%, and 13.37% respectively. The analyses of the statistics show that the top five provinces and cities with the highest accident number are： Zhejiang（31 accidents）, Sichuan（20）, Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Rigion（20）, Anhui（19）, and Guizhou（19）. The top five provinces and cities with the largest casualty number are： Zhejiang（97 dead）, Hunan（78）, Heilongjiang（66）, Sichuan（58）, and Anhui（56）. And the top five provinces and cities with the biggest wounded number are ： Heilongjiang （ 100 wounded）, Chongqing （ 86 ）, Guizhou （ 85 ）, Shandong（85 ）, and Zhejiang（70）.
