摘要
改革开放三十年间,我国的婚姻家庭法在制度建构、理论创新和价值探究层面均有所建树。透过婚姻家庭立法的制度建构,梳理与阐释婚姻家庭立法的理论创新,将充分捕捉婚姻家庭立法的价值追求与终极目标。
During the period of thirty years of the reform and opening-up, the marriage and family law in our cou- ntry have scored achievements in all aspects of system construction, theory innovation and value exploration. The theory innovation of the marriage and family legislation could be organized and explained after analyzing its system construction, by which its values pursued and ultimate aims will be fully grasped.
