摘要
虚拟制造是实施敏捷制造的核心环节,本文在提出其功能的基础上,从产品实施的角度出发,对实施虚拟制造技术中的一些关键软件技术,如智能设计、可制造性自动分析、产品/工艺/生产模型、分布式制造和设计的现状进行了分析,并指出了其发展方向。
Virtual manufacturing (VM) is the core component in the realization of agile manufacturing. Based on the function of VM, and from the vision of product realization, this paper analyzes the state of art of key technologies in VM, such as intelligent design, automatic manufacturability analysis, product/process/production models, distributed manufacturing and design. This paper also points out the evolution direction of these technologies.
