摘要
汽车尾气排放已成为影响我国城市大气环境质量的主要污染源,开发汽车尾气污染物排放控制技术已迫在眉睫,目前使用催化转化技术是行之有效的办法。其中载体上浸制的高比表面涂层,是催化剂的关键技术之一。在这方面国内厂家与国际水平相比还有相当差距,因而制约了汽车尾气净化催化剂技术的应用。本文将分析涂层组成、结构性能与工艺等技术关键,并概述其发展现状。
Automotive exhaust emission has been the major source of city air pollution. Therefore it is necessary to find a way to control the automotive emission. At present time catalyst technique is most plausible solution in which Al2O3 based washcoat plays a crucial role. However the domestic products is still of relatively low quality, which hinedrs the application of automotive catalysts. In this paper the authors will try to analyze the washcoating process and summarize the recent developments.
