多杀菌素对蔬菜主要害虫的毒力效应 被引量:6

摘要 为了证明多杀菌素对蔬菜害虫的杀虫效果,分别采用点滴法和浸叶法测定了多杀菌素对棉铃虫、甜菜夜蛾和小菜蛾的毒力。结果表明:点滴法测定多杀菌素对棉铃虫、甜菜夜蛾的触杀毒力较高,LD50值最高仅为0.6μg·larva-1。浸叶法测定多杀菌素对小菜蛾的LC50最高为1.39mg·L-1。 Toxicity of spinosad against vegetable pests in Tai'an including Helicoverpa armigera (Hubner), Spodoptera exigua (Hubner) and Plutella xylosteUa (Linnaeus) has been determinated by topical application and leaf-dipping method, respectively. Very highly contact toxicity of spinosad against H. armigera and S. exigua was found and the highest LD50 value was just 0.6 μg·larva^-1. The highest LC50 value of spinosad to P. xylostella was 1.39 mg·L^-1.
