基于组织支持感的人力资源实践

摘要 人力资源实践与组织支持感存在密切联系。通过对组织支持感前因变量以及结果变量的分析,提出了改善组织支持感的人力资源实践。包括注意各项实践的公平性,绩效反馈,满足员工培训需求等等。
