摘要
研究了以高碘酸盐改性葡聚糖凝胶的氧化反应,考察了高碘酸盐用量、反应温度、反应时间等对反应的影响。结果表明,用高碘酸盐对葡聚糖凝胶进行改性的最佳反应条件为:高碘酸钠0.05mol,反应温度60℃,反应时间3h。在此工艺条件下,改性产物取代度可达0.84以上,吸水量可提高到未改性凝胶的4.5倍。
Periodate was used as the oxidizing agent in the modification of sephadex gel. The effects of reaction temperature,reaction time and amount of periodate have been investigated. The DS can be over 0.84 under the optimum conditions that amount of NaIO4 is 0.05 mol and reaction temperature is 60℃, reaction time is 3 h, and the absorbed water quantity of products can be increased by 4 - 5 fold.
