摘要
利用羧甲基纤维素钠(CMC)对蒙脱土(MMT)进行分散,系统地考察了分散剂用量、pH值、电解质、分散方式及温度等对蒙脱土分散性的影响及相关规律,得出分散剂CMC在蒙脱土颗粒表面的吸附方式:蒙脱土量较少时,CMC在单个蒙脱土颗粒表面呈平卧式吸附,而在蒙脱土量较多时,则呈直立式吸附,并得出了羧甲基纤维素钠分散蒙脱土的较佳实验条件:MMT=0.25 g、CMC=0.2 g、pH=9~10、无电解质,常温下磁力搅拌0.5 h后,蒙脱土分散百分率可达到92.5%以上.
Montmorillonite (MMT) was dispersed using sodium carboxymethyl cellulose (CMC). The effects of dispersant concentration, pH, electrolyte, dispersing manner and temperature on the dispersion of the CMC- MMT system and the relevant laws were investigated. The absorption form of CMC on the surface of MMT particles was: CMC absorbed on the single MMT particle with a horizontal position way; and when the amount of MMT was more, the adsorption mode changes into vertical way. The optimal condition of dispersing MMT by CMC was obtained: MMT=0.25 g,CMC=0.2 g, pH=9-10. The dispersion percentage of MMT was over 92.5% without electrolyte at room temperature with magnetic stirring 0.5 h.
