冷轧压下率对高强度IF钢再结晶温度和力学性能的影响 被引量:11

摘要 将含P高强度Nb-Ti IF钢不同厚度的热轧板料统一轧成0.8mm厚的冷轧板料,来获得不同冷轧压下率的试样,采用盐浴炉退火试验和表面洛氏硬度测定方法,测定了不同冷轧压下率下的50%软化和100%软化的再结晶温度(T50和T100);冷轧试样经800℃退火后,进行单向拉伸试验,测定屈服强度σs、抗拉强度σb、延伸率δ和轧向塑性应变比r0。试验结果表明,冷轧压下率增大,能降低T100,提高δ和r0,但对T50和sσ、σb无明显影响。 The hot-rolled sheets with different thickness of high strength Nb-Ti IF steel containing P were cold rolled into unified 0.8mm thickness sheets as the samples of different cold roiling reduction. The 50% and 100% softened recrystallization temperatures (T50 and T100 ) at different cold rolling reduction were measured by salt bath annealing and Rockwell surface hardness test. The cold rolled samples were tested through tensiling after annealed at 800℃ to measure their yield strength σs, tensile strength σb, elongation δ and rolling direction plastic strain ration to. The results showed that the increasing of cold rolling reduction could reduce the T100 and improve the δ and ro, but had no significant effect on the T50, σs, and σb.
