摘要
油气田地面工程是基建项目,应遵守建设部发布的一系列管理办法、规定;同时又是油气田开发工程的一部分,有其自身的特点。文章结合国家对基建工程的一般要求和中国石油现行管理规定,论述了油气田地面工程应遵守的建设程序及各阶段应包含的工作内容;阐明了按程序实施工程项目时,对参加项目各单位的具体要求。
Oil-gas field surface system is a capital construction project, which should obey a series of management rules and regulations promulgated by MOHURD (Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development of the People’s Republic of China). Meanwhile,it is a part of oil-gas field development engineering,so it has its own characteristics. On the basis of the national general requirements for capital construction and the actual management regulations of PetroChina,the construction procedure and the work contents of each phase in oil-gas field surface system and requirements for companies taking part in the project during carrying out the project were proposed.
