摘要
目的比较阿托伐他汀、非诺贝特和降脂通络软胶囊(TZTL)对混合型高脂血症患者血脂水平及肝功能的影响。方法100例混合型高脂血症患者随机分为3组,阿托伐他汀组(立普妥20mg,每晚1次,n=33)、非诺贝特组(力平之200mg,每日1次,n=31)、降脂通络软胶囊组(2粒,每日3次,n=36),3组疗程均为8周。观察治疗前后总胆固醇(TC)、三酰甘油(TG)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDLC)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDLC)、血清谷丙转氨酶(GPT)、谷草转氨酶(GOT)水平的变化。结果立普妥、力平之、降脂通络软胶囊3组TC、TG、LDLC均显著下降,HDLC轻度升高;但立普妥组降低TC、LDLC的幅度大于力平之及降脂通络软胶囊组(P<0.01);降脂通络软胶囊组治疗后GPT、GOT有显著的降低,GPT较治疗前下降26.6%,GOT下降23.9%,治疗前8例GPT、GOT升高的患者,治疗后全部恢复正常。而治疗后GPT、GOT升高超过2倍,立普妥组有2例,力平之组有1例。3组治疗后均无肌痛发生及肌酸激酶(CK)明显升高。结论降脂通络软胶囊具有全面调脂及保护肝功能的作用。
Objective To compare the different effects of atorvastatin, fenofibrate and Jiangzhitongluo soft capsule on the level of blood lipids and liver functions in patients （pts） with combined hyperlipidemia. Methods One hundred pts with combined hyperlipidemia were randomized into three group： Atorvastatin group （n = 33）, fenofibrate group （n =31） and Jiangzhitongluo soft capsule group （n=33）. All pts were treated for 8 weeks. Serum TC, TG, LDL -C, HDL- C,GPT and GOT were determined before trial and after 8 weeks. Results The level of serum TC,TG and LDL- C were decreased significantly, while HDL- C was increased sligutly in all three groups. The TC and LDL - C in atorvastatin group was lower than that in fenofibrate group and Jiangzhitonglu soft cap- sule group （P〈0.01）. The decrease of TG and increase of HDL- C in fenofibrate group and Jiangzhitongluo soft capsule group was more than that in atorvastatin group The levels of GPT, GOT were degraded significantly in Jiangzhitongluo soft capsule group （GPT： -26.60/00 ,GOT： -23.9%）. Conclusion Jiangzhitongluo soft capsule was effective for adjusting blood lipids.
