摘要
选择性冠状动脉造影已被公认为是诊断冠心病的金标准,而一幅高质量的造影图像又成为诊断冠心病的关键所在。本文总结2005～2007年585例冠脉造影图像,分析探讨在DSA导管法冠脉造影中图像质量的影响因素,旨在进一步改善和提高冠脉造影图像质量。
Selective coronary angiography has been recognized as the gold standard for diagnoses of coronary heart disease, while a high-quality contrast image has become the key to diagnosis of coronary heart disease. This paper summarized 585 cases of coronary angiography images from 2005 to 2007, analyzing the influencing factors of image quality in DSA catheter coronary angiography for further improvement of coronary angiography image quality.
