摘要
分析目前社区卫生信息系统的主要问题,针对性的提出以标准化健康档案为核心的社区卫生信息系统模式作为解决方案,并对标准化健康档案内容和结构的设计进行了重点阐述,此外还对我国卫生信息化研究、应用和发展方向进行了讨论。
based on the analysis of major issues of current community health information system, we propose the solution of establishing community health information system based on the standard electronic health record and focus on the designing of the structure and contents of the standard electronic health record. Furthermore, we also discuss on the issues and prospect of China health information systems.
