整合子系统与细菌多重耐药关系的研究进展 被引量:4

摘要 随着抗生素的广泛使用.细菌在抗生素的选择压力下耐药株不断产生.其中细菌通过基因的水平转移,获得外源性耐药基因是加快临床耐药菌株产生的重要原因。与细菌耐药基因水平转移密切相关的遗传结构有质粒、转座子、整合型噬菌体以及近年来在细菌中发现的一种天然的克隆表达系统整合子(integron)。整合子通过位点特异性重组捕获外源基因盒(genecassettes)并使之表达.同时整合子可位于质粒上,或自身作为转座子的一个组成部分而参与转移.使耐药基因发生播散。整合子因其在细菌耐药基因水平转移中的重要作用而受到研究者的关注。在分子流行病学研究中.整合子的检测可以成为一种有用的工具来发现一些交叉感染.在一些细菌感染爆发流行时。经常可检出I类整合子,这就可以利用检测整合子来预测细菌感染的爆发流行。
