摘要
电石渣制水泥熟料技术近年来发展较快,但就电石渣自身的特性及在水泥熟料生产过程中的影响因素方面,其研究深度还不够。以实验与生产为基础,通过对电石渣的水分、细度、比重、有害组分、热性能、烧结性能等性质的深入研究,表明电石渣自身的特性对新型干法电石渣生产水泥熟料的工艺过程有较大的影响,采用新型干法电石渣制水泥熟料的工艺必须与电石渣的特性相结合才能取得更好的效果。
In recent years, the technique of cement clinker production using carbide slag as raw material has got rapid development. But for the properties of carbide slag itself as well as their influencing factor to clinker manufacturing process, the study works are far from enough. Based on experiments and production practice, a thorough study on properties of carbide slag including moisture, fineness, specific gravity, detrimental components, thermal properties and sintering properties has been made. It is understood that properties of carbide slag will perform substantial effects to the pyroprocessing process during clinker production within PC kiln system. Better results can be got only by using PC technique combined with concerns of the properties of carbide slag.
