摘要
建设社会主义和谐社会已经成为全社会的共同理想,和谐社会的重要体现就是社会公平,也是社会保障追求的目标。改革开放以来,我国的社会保障体系虽然得到不断完善和发展,但仍存在着一些问题。为了解决这些问题,不仅要树立社会公平的价值理念和政策取向,要弥补社会保障制度的漏洞和缺陷,逐步建立覆盖城乡居民的社会保障体系,而且还要完善社会救助制度,发展慈善事业。只有这样,才能保障社会公平的进一步实现,也才能最终实现和谐社会的目标。
Building a harmonious socialist society is an ideal for whole society. One of the important features of a harmonious society is social equality, which is also the aim of social security. Since the reform and opening up, although the system of social security has made the continuous improvement and development in China, there are problems. To solve the problems, it is necessary to establish the value of social justice and policy orientation, to improve the system of social security, the system of social relief and charity. If only realize the above aims, can we achieve social equality and the goal of a harmonious society.
