摘要
本文借用生物学领域中种群之间的共生现象,利用Logistic模型建立了工业与农业相互作用的二元经济结构转换模型,并分析了该模型中均衡点的稳定条件,指出了工农两部门从非均衡到均衡的路径转换及其协调发展的途径。在工业发展初期,由于生产率较低,导致吸纳农业部门的剩余劳动力能力差,可能出现劳动力"回流"到农业部门而形成"低积累均衡陷阱",此时有必要发挥政府指导作用;在工业发展中后期,其边际产出呈正效应,而农业部门边际产出呈负效应,为了保持经济持续发展,工业有必要反哺农业,以期两部门协调发展。
Similar to the symbiosis evolution process of biological population, the phenomenon of complementary symbiosis of taking advantage of each other's resource among industry and agriculture in the process of them development. It makes use of Logistic model discussing the course of equilibrium of two departments where one depends on the other for existence. And it also analyses the stability of balanceable point. At last, it puts forward some policy suggestions to make the development of two departments sta- ble, sustained and coordinated.
