摘要 主变强油风冷自动投入装置给主变运行在正常温度提供安全的保障,对电力系统安全可靠运行具有非常重要的意义。该文以粤北某220kV变电站的沈阳变压器厂生产的SFPSZ7-150000/220型主变强油风冷自投装置在主变的正常操作中出现的误动作为例,进行了详尽的分析,找出了误动作的原因。在现有的控制回路设计基础上,并结合SFPSZ7-1500/220型主变强油风冷自投装置在该变电站运行的特点,笔者对现有强油风冷自投装置二次回路进行了改进,从而消除了该强油风冷自投装置误动作的根源,从根本上保证了主变的安全稳定运行。 Automatic input transformer forced-oil-air-cooling device for transformer temperature in the normal operation to provide security protection,this device on the power system for the safe and reliable operation of very important significance. This paper takes a 220 kV substation's automatic forced-oil-air-cooling device in the normal operation of an error in the operation of action for example, which automatic forced-oil-air-cooling device models is Shenyang Transformer Factory production SFPSZ7-150000/220, carried out a detailed analysis to find out maloperation of the reasons. In the existing control loops on the basis of design, the paper improved automatic forced-oil-air-cooling device's secondary circuit, eliminates the root causes of the device maloperation, and from the fundamental to guarantee the security and stability of transformer operation.
