摘要
在富血小板血浆(PRP)中加入尿激酶(4000IU/ml),ADP(3μmol/L)、胶原(0.02mg/ml)和花生四烯酸(0.325mmol/L)诱导的血小板凝集率明显下降。而在事先经不同浓度抑肽酶孵育的PRP中加入相同浓度的尿激酶,则能对抗尿激酸引起的ADP、胶原和花生四烯酸诱导的血小板聚集抑制作用,且随抑肽酶浓度增加,其对抗作用也增大,量效关系非常明显。提示尿激酶可造成血小板聚集功能的损伤,而抑肽酶对此有明显的保护作用.
Urokinase (4 000 IU/ml) added to PRP caused inhibition of platelet aggregation following stimulation by ADP (3 μmol/L), collagen (0. 02 mg/ml) and arachidonic acid (0. 325 mmol/L ).When the same doses of urokinase was added to PRP pretreated by different doses of aprotinin, the inhibition of plate1et aggregation was effectively antagonized, which showed a dose-effect relationship.The results indicated aprotinin protected the platelet aggregative function effectively by inhibiting fibrinolysis caused by urokinase.
