摘要
本文对微小钻头进行了可靠性试验研究，探讨了微小钻头寿命分布函数的拟合方法，在本文的试验条件下得出了微小钻头寿命服从对数正态分布的结论。
? In this paper, experimental study for the reliability of micro drills is carried out, and the fit method for the life distribution function of micro drills is analyzed. It is found under experimental conditions of present work that life distribution of micro drills is Log-normal distribution, and the reliability function is obtained.
