摘要
针对某厂热镀锌机组锌锅沉没辊轴头失效特征,设计加工了同材质轴头备件的模拟裂纹缺陷对比试件。通过不同种类探头、不同检测方法的试验对比,确定常规超声检测技术对于在役轴头内侧R角部位可准确检出的裂纹缺陷的尺寸。对比试验证明:超声纵波检测轴头R角裂纹缺陷优于横波检测;B2S(E)探头对于尚未严重扩展的裂纹缺陷具有较高的检测灵敏度,但对深度≤1mm的起始裂纹无法准确检出和判定。
According to the invalidity of the sink roll shaft hand of one CGL, the same material shaft hand with simulated crack was designed and produced. Through comparing the experiments with different probes and by different methods, the miniwal size of the crack on shaft head inside angle R was confirmed by convention ultrasonic testing method. Experimentation proved vertical wave inspection was better than transverse wave inspection to the crack on shaft head inside angle R; Using probe B2S(E), there was higher inspection sensitivity to the crack which was not critically extended, but it was difficult to find exactly and determinate the initial crack under 1 mm depth.
