摘要
研究了微波辐射大孔树脂催化合成肉桂酸正丁酯的放大工艺,通过优化合成工艺得到了最佳工艺条件:肉桂酸0.1 mol,酸醇摩尔比1∶5,催化剂用量为反应物质量的35%,微波功率400 W,微波时间20 m in,微波温度120℃,在此条件下产率达98.04%。
The microwave assisted synthesis(MAS) was integrated with macroporous resin catalysis (MRC) to prepare n-butyl cinnamate from cinnamic acid. The preparation processes are investigated and the optimum conditions have been found, that is, cinnamic acid is 0. 1 moL, the molar ratio of cinnamic acid to n-butyl alcohol isl : 5, mass percent of macroporous resin is 35% of the reagents, microwave power is 400 W , reaction time is 20 rain, reaction temperature is 120℃ ,the yield of the new developed process is 98.04 %.
