摘要
目的:探讨开腹胆囊切除术在基层医院的开展及并发症的预防措施。方法:对行开腹胆囊切除257例的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果:全部病例均痊愈出院。无医源性胆道损伤、无出血、无胆漏发生。结论:开腹胆囊切除术在基层医院开展是可行的。
Objective： To study complication prevention in open cholecytectomy and was developed in fundamental hospital. Methods： A retrospective review was made on the clinical data of 257 cases subject to open cholecysteetomy in our hospital from July 2003 to December 2007. Results： All of the 257 cases were cured. No severe complications occurred such as bleeding bile leakage and iatroppgenic injures of the bile duct. Conclusion： Standardize operation and complete preparation before operation and can be developed in the fundamental hospital in open cholecystectomy.
