摘要
目的:观察中西医结合治疗肠梗阻的疗效。方法:将57例肠梗阻患者随机分成对照组27,治疗组30例,对照组以西医治疗为主,治疗组除西医治疗外加中药治疗,对照两组疗效。结果:治疗组症状体征迅速好转,总有效率86.7%,对照组总有效率66.7%,治疗组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:中西医结合治疗肠梗阻较单纯西医治疗疗效显著。
Objective ： To observe the curative effect of bowel obstruction by the method of traditional Chinese medicine combined with western medicine. Methods ：57 cases were divided into treatment group and control group. 27 eases＇control group was given western medicine only. The treatment group was given western medicine combined with traditional Chinese medicine. Results：The symptom and physical sign of the patients in the treatment were improved. The total effective rate was 86.7% in the treatment group, and 66. 7% in the control group. The treatment group was better than the control group （P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion：The method of traditional Chinese medicine combined with western medicine could treat bowel obstruction effectively.
